Returns

For your convenience, items purchased on osani.ca can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Return Exceptions below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any return with parts missing, damaged by the customer or heavily used conditions will not be accepted or refunded. For the full shipping policy please address the ‘Shipping’ section. To complete any return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory without exceptions. We do not accept products that are covered in, foreign materials, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or any unknown substances.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Promotional one-time Deals.

- Refurbished items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns initiated by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. This fee covers the cost of original shipping incurred by us to ship the items to the customer, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing causes within the warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address we will provide.

If you are shipping any of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible to make sure the returned product reaches our location.

Guarantee

We can not guarantee that our products will work or be compatible with all devices. Neither are we liable for any damages that the device may not prevent from causing in the case of loss of function or lack of performance. We can not guarantee to hold stock on any of our gear.
